Reservations

Cancelling or modifying the number of persons for a reservation will be accepted if done within 15 days before the scheduled day of the reservation, writing to info@invinisveritas.it. Every modification is subject to the availability of the seats in our wine shop. After that term, in case of cancellation or no show, the entire reservation deposit will be retained. Modifications to the number of seats reserved will be considered according to our seats availability.

Late arrival

We kindly ask to our guest to respect the scheduled time. In case of late arrival we ask you to contact us writing to our e-mail info@invinisveritas.it. In case of late arrival of more than 30 minutes, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel the reservation and give the seats to other customers.

Gift cards

Gift cards will be sent via e-mail, with the instructions to book the wine tasting directly contacting us at info@invinisveritas.it. Gift cards expires 1 year after the purchase date.
